Looking for beta readers
Hi everyone, so you may or may not have noticed that I have a new project lined up. It’s Every Day the Protagonist Wants to Capture Me. If anyone is willing, could you head on over to the first chapter?
It’s just the first draft. I think it’s okay right now (I wouldn’t have published it if it wasn’t) but I would like to have some feedback.
You don’t have to do anything super complicated. Just read it and let me know what you think. I would especially like to know if there are any typos, grammatical errors, or translation errors. You can just leave a comment on the first chapter’s page.
Hmm, if possible I would also like to get some more advanced feedback. Don’t be shy, if you have a suggestion that can improve some phrases, sentences, or even paragraphs, speak up. I won’t be upset since I am actively asking for feedback.
Some translation stuff:
The title of the novel is 主角每天都想攻略我. This is a bit difficult to translate since 攻略 seems to have many meanings. I initially wanted to title it “The protagonist wants to XXX me every day” but I felt it sounds too suggestive. *cough* The story is actually not R18.
Alternative titles would be:
The protagonist wants to woo me every day
The protagonist wants to guide me every day
Every day the protagonist wants to pursue me
Before I add this title to novelupdates, which title is actually the best??? I want to know your thoughts. A title is very important since it can attract or turn off potential readers.

‘The protagonist wants to XXX me every day’ is actually good, it leaves to the reader’s imagination to fill in the gap lol
Though ‘The protagonist wants to pounce on me every day’ is also good, you just need to leave a note in the summary that it isn’t a r-18 novel~

How about The protagonist tries to pursue/woo me everyday. Pursue leaves a more yandere-like feeling(i approve), woo a more romantic one

I have studied Chinese a little and while not perfect at grammar I am good at making words flow in a readable and enjoyable fashion for English readers.
