Demon Xiu: I will make you unable to get out of bed

I hope that readers remember the last time that demon form Xiu and Du Ze talked.

Xiu said that line several chapters ago and I have been waiting for it! Too bad there are too many distractions and people popping out. Our two lovebirds haven’t had enough time alone. I wish they were able to have a long honeymoon…

But now Xiu is back in his demon form and we all know that demons are very honest and true to their desires. There’s hope!

Someone asked in the comments if Xiu was wearing pants when he transformed

Well, it would be funny if Xiu was going pants-free, wouldn’t it?!

Specifically, they were asking about the gnome -> demon transformation before. How do his clothes still fit after that?

Magic! It’s magic.

In the last few chapters, Xiu transformed from human to beastkin and Du Ze said he was wearing “tribal clothes,” meaning beastkin clothing (I’m guessing fur and leather/animal hides).

Either Xiu has super speed like the Flash and ran off to find clothing and put it on in 0.01 seconds … or it’s magic. Just guessing, but I think it’s magic.

However, when Xiu transformed from undead to gnome, he was still wearing the undead’s robe. If you remember, Du Ze took off his sweater vest and put it on the shota because the gnome form needed clothes.

This is very confusing!

I think generally Xiu’s clothes do not transform. When he transformed into his beastkin form, the beastkin god sacrificed his godhead, therefore it was special. Xiu also leveled up to “false god.” Possibly, Xiu is just massively more powerful now compared to when he was a gnome, and this power now means he can change his clothing magically.

It’s heating up!

Wow, the aptly named Chaos Continent is really becoming stupefyingly dangerous. Even the gods have become directly involved in a massive war.

Elf, gnome, beastkin, human, angel, demon, undead, and dragon gods have all descended and are fighting each other for supremacy.

It’s non-stop action this time but never worry, there will be another type of action, too.

This story is a trap

The title of this story is extremely long: The Reader and Protagonist Definitely Have to Be in True Love. That’s 11 words and 61 characters.

Even if we use a shortcut, that is still TRAPDHTBITL which is still way too long and difficult to remember.

However, we can just abbreviate it to “The Reader and Protagonist” when speaking informally. And the acronym for “The Reader and Protagonist” is …

TRAP!

Counterattack of a White Lotus that was Reborn into an Apocalypse

I would like to share this really funny BL novel that I am reading. It’s “Counterattack of a White Lotus that was Reborn into an Apocalypse.”

Summary:

A fitness instructor transmigrated into the world of a novel. He took over the body of a beautiful “white lotus” (frail, gentle, kind) character. The only problem? It’s a BL zombie apocalypse novel in which the white lotus character turns out to be a villain. The white lotus schemed against and ultimately killed the protagonist. The novel starts when the protagonist was reborn. Armed with his knowledge of the upcoming apocalypse, the protagonist aims to survive and protect his people. This time he will get revenge on everyone who betrayed him.

So the transmigrator is in the body of the white lotus, a typical cannon fodder villain.

The summary sounds serious but it’s actually a comedy.

Excerpt:

“As to how Lian Hua got to this place, thinking about it gave off the impression of a face dripping with blood, that’s right, it was a face dripping with blood! Lian Hua was brought here by something that fell from the heavens. He was just passing by a residential building when some unruly person on the upper floor threw down a novel. Therefore, the passerby Lian Hua immediately met disaster and came here with a face dripping with blood. He vaguely remembered that the title of that book seemed to be “apocalypse” something, Lian Hua couldn’t see well.”
